There is a universal commonality between us all; the desire for connection, love, and belonging. When we are missing that connection life can feel difficult, lonely, and painful.
Perhaps you feel disconnected from your partner, parent, children, friends, or other loved ones. Or maybe you feel disconnected from yourself; from what brings your unique life purpose and meaning. In some cases past hurts or anxiety impact our ability to maintain healthy levels of connection.
It takes courage to be seen; to unmask and show ourselves and others in our life, what we truly feel, think, need, value, and want. The paradox is that once we begin to take these risks, we find ourselves living more authentic, content, and peaceful lives. My goal as a therapist is to assist you in creating these connections. I work collaboratively from a place of curiosity and compassion, to assist in facilitating the growth that you desire.
